The company was founded to provide relevant and comprehensive training in key performance areas that determine the success of most organisations. The teaching style adopted in all our programmes is designed to be experiential and to afford delegates the opportunity to desire change and to work towards reaching their full potential. They are encouraged that self leadership has both personal and corporate benefits. Delegates are coached and mentored to “stay outside the box” and to refuse any boxes from colleagues. The training is not a one day event and does not end with a seminar but is followed up by personal mentoring and coaching allowing delegates to be fully developed. Dr John Maxwell Leadership simulcast based training workshops are offered under licence with Giant Impact, USA. The Impact Leadership Programme is a must for both potential and current leaders. It captures the essence of Dr Maxwell’s teaching that “Everything rises and falls on Leadership”. Administartion, Event Management & Entrepreneurship skills training are also offered.
