INC is a leading Design & Build firm with roots in Sydney, Australia. Our journey began 37 years ago when Chairman Andrew C. Barkman reimagined the fit-out sector, pioneering D&B procurement in the region. From Sydney, we expanded into the Middle East to support ambitious clients in the UAE and haven’t looked back. In 2014, Sean Nicholson joined as Managing Director (now CEO), and under his leadership INC has grown into a top provider of design & build services. During the pandemic, while many companies retrenched, Sean saw opportunity, opening operations in Saudi Arabia and Africa, strengthening INC’s footprint and diversifying our capabilities beyond the UAE. Today, INC is the only design & build group with active operations in over 20 countries across the Middle East and Africa, including UAE, KSA and South Africa.
