InChorus is a third party platform to anonymously tag, measure and resolve incidents of bias and harassment in your organisation. Our vision is to create a truly inclusive future in the workplace - one which sustains diversity and where individuals can prosper free from the daily fear of bias and harassment. We believe this benefits both employees and organisations - in promoting employee wellbeing and productivity; assisting with the attraction and retention of talent; and reducing costs involved in employee tribunals. InChorus helps to create this future by giving employees a secure platform on which to informally and anonymously log non-inclusive comments and behaviour (aka micro-aggressions), without fear of repercussions. The data collected gives organisations powerful insight and actionable recommendations to quantify and improve their workplace culture. Acting on these insights can increase ROI on diversity and inclusion initiatives and assist in creating a truly inclusive workplace. InChorus is a unique platform which was developed by the founders, Rosie Turner and Raj Ramanandi, in direct response to feedback from organisations. It works as a complement to, rather than a replacement for, existing formal grievance procedures, which are not designed to capture micro-aggressions. The platform has been developed with a ‘Privacy by Design’ approach to address any data and privacy concerns, and focuses on data minimisation to protect all parties.
