About ISG We know what you’re thinking. “Oh no. Not another vanilla-flavoured fleet services company… ” Well, you’re right. Incident Support Group is NOT just another fleet services company. ISG is special and this part of the website will tell you why. OK, let’s get the familiar bit out of the way first. ISG is an independently owned fleet and accident management company, providing completely bespoke automotive solutions to the fleet, leasing and insurance industries. ISG also places great customer service at the top of its list of qualities, and we know a lot of other suppliers will tell you that too. The difference between ISG and the rest is our set of values. You probably read the next bit on the home page but it’s important and Gareth, the boss, wrote it so we’ve written it here, too. ISG is proud of its honesty, integrity and fair-minded approach to fleet services. We believe in being open with all our customers and partners. We make our business arrangements as transparent as possible in the belief that trust will bring us valuable customers and long-lasting relationships.
