UNIQUE: We have developed a practical and pragmatic approach to guide and support organizations in becoming more inclusive. This methodology is the result of over 20 years of experience from the team. The methodology is built around several building blocks, including benchmarking, due diligence, vision, and strategy development, and facilitating stakeholder dialogue. But fear not, the methodology is flexible and adaptable to the need of the customer (after all, there is no one-size fits all). TOGETHER: We are inclsve, with a small “i”. That’s for a reason. Whether it’s developing a corporate sustainability strategy, conducting market linkage activities, or coaching cooperatives, we are always collaborating with as many organizations and individuals as possible.
