At Inclusion Compass, we help organisations, schools, and training providers put the right support in place for neurodivergent and disabled people, whether that’s in the workplace, in education, or during assessments. We offer clear, practical guidance on things like workplace needs assessments, exam access arrangements, and inclusive strategies. Our focus is always on removing barriers and making sure people get fair access to learning and work. We work with employers, colleges, apprenticeship providers, and schools, supporting them to meet their legal duties and, more importantly, do the right thing for the people they serve.
