inclusion is a non-profit with a mission to create an inclusive community where everyone belongs. From our grassroots beginnings, supporting children with intellectual disabilities and special needs, we have grown into a unionized, accredited non-profit organization providing services and programs for children to seniors. Our Values Inclusion: Everyone feels valued and has a sense of belonging. Possibilities: We embrace all possibilities that allow every individual to grow and learn together in a way that maximizes potential. People: We have respected, trusted relationships with the community, with those we serve, and with each other. Accountability: We are answerable for outcomes and actions of ourselves and those who report to us.
