Inclusive Finance

Inclusive Finance is a Milanese community that drives increased and sustained positive social impact. Since our first meeting in July 2015, we have organized 26 events, involving (and hopefully inspiring!) over 300 financial professionals representing more than 50 financial institutions. Our vision is an industry that welcomes everyone, regardless of gender, background, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity or religion. An industry that sees our differences as our greatest strength. Our mission is to build a clear moral and economic case for gender parity and for an inclusive ecosystem in the financial industry. Our objectives are: AWARENESS: Raise awareness of unconscious biases and promote inclusive mindsets NETWORKING: Create a strong network of professionals to encourage idea-sharing and grow together INCLUSION: Create an ecosystem that encourages diversity and inclusion in the financial sector EMPOWERMENT: Empower to help them women, advance and, professionally furthermore, and all minorities, personally
