Our 'Inclusive Workplaces' People, Culture and Inclusion services provide the following pillars of work: ATTRACTION & RECRUITMENT Developed to help our clients to diversify their teams and meet their EDI ambitions, while enhancing productivity, innovation and engagement, now and for the future. In addition to our Recruitment Process Reviews and Inclusive Recruitment training, our Inclusive Hires jobs board (inclusivehires.com) connects companies that are dedicated to creating inclusive workforces with a wide pool of diverse talent. CULTURE & STRATEGY At our core, we are EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) and People & Culture experts. Our consultancy supports clients with the implementation and/or creation of culture transformation and an organisation’s overarching strategies, for significant impact across all aspects of their work. LEARNING & DEVELOPEMENT Our training workshops are designed to build better understanding and allyship in the workplace and wider society. We embed intersectionality throughout our training to implement change for an equitable future for all. Alongside our innovative and impactful workshops, we also offer bite-size EDI Dialogue sessions and keynote talks. EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE On-demand HR services. Choose from one-off ad hoc support for a HR situation, or project-based if you need a specific HR project or strategic objective to be delivered.
