Reducing Racial and Economic Segregation in American Housing Markets. The Inclusivity Institute is committed to using research, outreach, and collaboration to reduce racial and economic segregation in American housing markets. In the case of black–white segregation in particular, the separateness of African-American families and white families has contributed significantly to two entrenched inequalities that are especially glaring: the enormous wealth gap between these races, and their grossly unequal access to strong public educational opportunities. The Inclusivity Institute is dedicated to developing new partnerships, products, and pilot programs to combat these inequalities in ways that can produce tremendous impact nationwide.
