We develop, produce and supply components for X-ray analytical systems, including tubes, optics, and microfocus sources. We offer solutions for heavy industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemistry, semiconductor industry, life science and nanotechnology. Applications include X-ray spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray scattering. Being experts in thin film and X-ray source technology, we produce highly reliable, efficient and sustainable equipment. In short: Made in Germany. Located in northern Germany, incoatec was founded in 2002 as a spin-off of what today is called the Helmholtz Center Geesthacht (formerly GKSS) and Bruker AXS, Karlsruhe, one of the worldwide leading manufacturer of X-ray analytical systems. In addition to being an OEM supplier for Bruker AXS, we also offer tailor-made solutions directly to end customers. We guide our customers through the whole process - from selecting the most suitable solution until their system is up and running.
