INCOM Ltd, International Consulting & Management is based in Athens, Greece. For more than 15 years, INCOM has been involved in technical assistance projects with developing countries and transition economies world-wide, in activities related to the provision of expertise and training, institutional building, capacity building to policy and decision makers, state, public and business sector stakeholders, and academic community as well. Via the technical assistance cooperation framework and agenda, INCOM contributes to planning, coordination, implementation, training needs identification and monitoring capacity of countries’ stakeholders thus improving the implementation of the donors’ funded projects and strengthening the relationships between the EU and countries under economic development. INCOM demonstrates high level support & significant experience in most of developing countries NIS, ex-Phare, ACP, Middle East, Africa, Gulf, and Asian countries, Central and Eastern European countries. INCOM has been organising high level conferences and trainings, study visits and networking between the European and beneficiary institutions (in particular: Study visits to European Parliament, developing inter-parliamentary relations of beneficiary country with European Parliament assisting the efforts of the Government and the Parliament developing a network of “Special Advisors”. INCOM possesses extensive database of international and national consultants of all levels and access to mega database, such as and has a proven capability to select, mobilise and backstop, at short notice, high quality expertise, provide technical, legal and regulatory support tailored to the needs of the beneficiary, counterparts and EU expectations. INCOM provides support to the development of a monitoring system of implementation of Government strategies and programs, reinforcement of capacity of governmental, public and private stakeholders.
