When Incondia was founded, We wanted to challenge how organizations think about people and Leadership. Too often, leadership development was built on trends, gut feeling, or generic models. We believed there had to be a better way — one grounded in science, data, and the real Nordic context. That’s why we created our own research-based tools, built on a database of more than individuals across the Nordics.
