InContext Design is a leading user-centered design consultancy, founded by Karen Holtzblatt and Hugh Beyer in 1992. We’re the inventors of Contextual Design, the industry-standard design process for creating innovative products and services based on customer research. We have worked with companies all over the world gathering in-depth research and using it to drive innovation solutions for consumer and business software, websites, aps as well as consumer products such as automobiles, appliances and more. Karen now delivers coaching and training services (in-person and remote) to help your team effectively use customer data to drive design. Our books are used by companies and universities worldwide.
