Incuba-Naari

Incuba-Naari is a Bangalore-based nonprofit, committed to empowering Indian women towards financial independence by incubating their small-business ventures and amplifying India's real stories of women's entrepreneurship. With a team of 40 student volunteers, Incuba-Naari has created a community of over 600 Indian women entrepreneurs from across the country, and has used journalism to amplify the journeys of over 50 such business-owners. Through Cohort A of the Incuba-Naari Small Business Incubation Program, 9 entrepreneurs are currently being provided with mentorship in branding, digital marketing, financial literacy, and social media management along with a social media team, in order to scale their businesses into viable women-employing brands. The Cohort A program will culminate in December 17 & 18 2022 with a business launch event hosted in Bangalore International Center. The ultimate vision of the program is to empower over 100 women to create sustainable brands that can pass on the power of financial independence to the local women they employ. Incuba-Naari is the recipient of the maximum (6.5 lakh) 2022 MYP Innovator Grant.
