Indaba believes passionately in the positive benefits of yoga and the great things that can happen when you feel good. The word Indaba is an ancient African term for “gathering”, and this idea lies at the heart of Indaba - to bring people together, provide the opportunity to step away from daily life, and take the time to reconnect both with ourselves and with the world around us. In 2011 we launched our brand, to bring a more welcoming, positive and non-judgemental attitude to yoga, respecting the ancient traditions but also embracing new styles where appropriate. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching, we aim to provide fun, uplifting, energising and challenging experiences in which anyone, beginner or expert, can share. You will deepen your yoga knowledge and practice with our world-renowned teachers and become part of Indaba by using our on-demand platform service, online streaming classes, courses, workshops and teacher training programs.
