Business Restructuring and Recovery INDALO Business Consulting assists in providing understanding and support on cash flow forecasts, detailed analysis and sensitivities of the business plan, financial review with emphasis on the historic analysis and an indicative valuation of the business as a whole. To put this into practical terms, we would initially involve the formulation and implementation (together with our client) of an initial process to manage and accelerate the development of the business. In terms of its normal methodology, we would envisage that this process be structured into four mutually interdependent phases- Defining the current state - Defining the end state - Action Program - Implementation and Monitoring
