Indeotec specializes in the development and integration of high end thin film deposition PECVD and PVD reactors and sources into fully automated pilot and mass-production equipment for general nanotechnologies applications such solar-PV, OLED, Semi and MEMS. In particular, Indeotec commercializes the Octopus II product-line, a fully automated, multi-facet and versatile platform combining state of the art proprietary Mirror PECVD reactors and PVD sources for double-side deposition of complex stack-layers in a single vacuum sequence with extremely limited substrate manipulations. The Mirror PECVD technology is being integrated into Octopus 3 product-line for mass-manufacturing of very high efficiency HJT solar cells. Our staff is comprised of a team of talented and experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of plasma physics, engineering, manufacturing equipment and device development and optimisation.
