Indepak is a Custom Thermoforming company located in Portland, OR. We operate cost effective production lines processing thin gauge film (.010”.080) in roll fed high speed pressure forming in multiple lines and foam materials from approx. 1/16” - 1/4”. We are one of the top companies on the West Coast in our industry and are known for our innovation, quality, responsiveness, and deep thermoforming knowledge. Indepak’s capabilities span from concept development to part design, part sampling, in-house tool building and high volume production. We also offer custom tailored inventory management programs. Our many years of experience combined with the variety of equipment capabilities allows us to process many types of materials, including HIPS, PET, PETG, ABS, PVC, OPS, HDPE, PP and starch based bio materials as well as anti-static, conductive materials, custom colors and coatings. Part sizes may range from less than 1” and up to 36” in dimension. As a custom thermoformer we feel that it is essential to have a variety of thermoforming equipment in order to offer the best solutions to a range of customers in many industries Indepak is registered to both the ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 standards. We have the experience, skilled personnel and equipment to provide a full range of Thermoformed parts to many industries. Our target markets are manufacturers / OEM’s in industries such as electronics, general retail, specialty food, class 1 medical and industrial parts. We specialize in high end consumer and electronics packaging. Many of our parts are used in automation applications.
