Independent Tech & Strategy Practice served as my professional platform from 2005 to 2021 — a 15-year period of independent advisory work across industries bridging strategy, technology, and institutional modernization. During these years, I advised public institutions, financial organizations, and development programs on how to translate complex mandates into clear, executable strategies.
