Indian Association China

Indian Association (IA) Shanghai is founded under the auspices and patronage of the Consulate General of India, Shanghai. IA was established in 1997 with the goal to create a platform where ideas are exchanged, events are organized, charity work carried out and seminars being conducted for and by the Indian community residing in Shanghai. IA has a robust framework, a transparent way of working, an inclusive approach and a voluntary mode of functioning. Our yearly cultural, sports and charity events have evolved into being calendar events on the Shanghai social scene - not just for the Indian community, but for the community at large.
