Create opportunities and remove barriers for women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and gender fluid athletes to showcase their highest level talent. Promote gender, racial, and economic equity within the sport of ultimate frisbee. Women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and gender fluid athletes belong in athletics and all marginalized youth deserve to dream without boundaries. Girls and marginalized youth often have a difficult time envisioning themselves in high level athletics because women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and gender fluid athletes are drastically under-represented in media and in our slowly evolving culture. We want to #BeTheChange and alter this narrative.
