Our mission is to empower Indigenous communities and individuals to develop their careers through a business model based on traditional values, which will ensure that all parties are able to benefit from the resources that are available in our business. A unique part of the Indig HR business model is the ability for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and organisations to become part of the network and share in the focus of organisations across Australia to provide greater opportunities for Indigenous Australians to join the workforce.
