IndigiGenius is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging Indigenous knowledge systems with emerging technology. Through education, research, and innovation, we create pathways that empower Indigenous communities to thrive in the digital age while staying rooted in cultural values. Our programs include: Lakota AI Code Camp (LAICC): Preparing the next generation of Indigenous technologists through immersive coding and language learning experiences. First Languages AI Reality (FLAIR): Advancing Indigenous language revitalization with AI-powered tools and community-driven innovation. Teach the Teacher Professional Development (T3PD): Supporting educators with resources to bring Indigenous-led tech and cultural knowledge into classrooms. Indigenous in AI/ML (NeurIPS Affinity Group): Building networks for Indigenous professionals and allies in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
