Indigo Drey | was established as a candidate-centric training outfit by a team of recruiting veterans in 2014. The origins of our double barreled company name pays tribute to the challenges faced by recruiters everywhere who are routinely tasked to find candidates that are unreasonably rare or even simply non-existent. In the recruitment world, these are called “Purple Squirrels”. Indigo is the extract from the Indigo plant and is a dye with a close blending of dark deep blue with violet, a shade a purple. Drey is the nest of a squirrel, typically comprising of twigs gathered into the branches of a tree. We are Indigo Drey.
