Originally established 2002 in Australia, Indigo Lyon today is a privately held UK registered limited liability company providing aircraft sales and aviation services brokerage, consultancy and project/programme planning and execution management focused on; • New and pre-owned business jet and helicopter sales and acquisitions; • Working with manufacturers in promoting and marketing innovative aerospace technologies, notably the Aerion Corporation Supersonic Business Jet (SSBJ) and the Martin Aircraft Company Jetpack; • Providing direct assistance in planning and setting up business aviation jet and helicopter operations and services businesses; • Planning, selecting, securing and managing professional alliances providing a broad range of business aviation services including fixed wing and helicopter aircraft management, charter, maintenance, completions, delivery and registration; • Selecting, securing and managing professional alliances providing business aircraft and helicopter airframe and engine spare parts and raw materials and component repair and overhaul services. Through its Australian affiliate, Indigo Lyon Pty Ltd, the company is also involved in a diverse range of non-aviation activity including investment in: • Australia’ s first supercar enterprise, the JOSS Supercar; • An Indigo Lyon music production label supporting the young and up and coming British hip-hop, R&B, urban pop group, GRC.
