Indiko LLC (Russia) is an exclusive distributor of best-in-class ACTIVE air and surface purification systems (Systems), manufactured and supplied by Varionix GmbH (Switzerland), on the territory of Russia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The Systems are based on dielectric barrier discharge principle and bi-polar ionization process, and use long-life and high-efficiency proprietary ionization TUBES. The Systems are designed to prevent indoor air pollution and associated negative health and economic effects to ensure the safety of people indoors, both in private and public areas of any size and purpose. The Systems remove harmful particulate matter such as all sorts of fine dust (lead; cement; fabric; settling dust); food and non-food powders; allergens (dust mite; domestic animals dander; excretion of vermin like insects and rodents; pollen); ash; shoot; smoke. The Systems remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs), a group of substances of various chemical classes (hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, esters, amines, thiols), and toxic odors. The main sources of indoor VOCs and odors are the production and use of household cleaning products, surface disinfectants, construction and finishing materials (paints and varnishes), air fresheners, cosmetics and related additives, food/drinks and related flavoring. The Systems remove pathogenic microorganisms such as mold and yeast spores, bacteria and viruses (including COVID-19 and Flu) that cause diseases in humans, animals and plants. Thus, the Systems remove indoor air pollution (PM10; PM2.5; PM0.3; PM0.1; gaseous contaminants <PM0.1) that may cause significant health issues such as irritation of eyes, nose, and throat; headaches, dizziness, and fatigue; asthma and allergies; upper and lower respiratory tract infections (e.g. meningitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis), cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.
