Indsights Research

IndSights Research is a not-for-profit industry research entity under RySense Limited, which is set up by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, formerly named Ministry of Communications and Information. We are dedicated to better understanding issues faced by Singapore companies across all industries. Working closely with key stakeholders, we seek to provide industry insights that can shape policies and initiatives for the benefit of the industry. We conduct our studies through: Surveys - Focus group discussions - In-depth interviews - Engagement sessions with business leaders Since 2019, we have conducted research on a range of issues such as business sentiments during COVID-19, the impact of the pandemic on industry, and government assistance schemes for businesses, among others. Using robust approaches, we seek to provide reliable insights about Singapore’s industry and business landscape. In addition to our research findings, IndSights Research also provides local businesses with valuable information and support through curated industry perspectives and business resources.
