Induced - Delivering A Better Future. INDUCED is the acronym of "Indo Dutch Centre of Excellence on Dairying. This has been established under the aegis of Kanpur based Tasty Dairy Specialities Limited through an MOU signed with PUM. PUM is a Netherlands based organization having fund support from Netherlands Ministry of External Affairs which work in as many as 33 countries for helping the dairy sector grow in these countries. Our mission is to contribute in growth of Indian Dairy Farming sector by equipping the dairy farmers / entrepreneurs / dairy managers with the required knowledge on modern dairy farm management and in turn bring about the 2nd White Revolution in India, soon. The key objectives are: • To establish a center of excellence in Dairying that could be a blueprint for other regions in India. • To increase skills of small scale farmers about milk production by providing concise information. • To train at least 25 medium sized dairy farmers per year. • To aim for the establishment of a medium size demonstration farm which in future can also be used for training farmers and field workers. • Enhance the performance of the dairy plant by increasing efficiency and diversifying the products.
