We seek to be a leading logistics real estate company focusing on high-growth, supply-constrained markets to meet evolving supply chain demands. We own strategically located industrial/logistics properties in thriving local and regional economies with expanding populations. We focus on mid-sized industrial/logistics buildings ranging from - square feet, designed to accommodate one to three tenants, with market-appropriate features that attract a diverse tenant base. We intend to expand strategically and selectively into new geographic markets while strengthening our presence in our existing markets. Our targets include supply-constrained markets with robust transportation infrastructure, including roads, airports, rail, or port access.
