Induspro is a venture which is into the niche field of manufacturing plant establishments. We are a group which over the years, have specialized, in working with manufacturing companies during the plant setup phase. Over the last decade, the group has worked with numerous Multinationals to achieve their plant setup objectives. With India steadily becoming a manufacturing center, we become strategic partners in the unit establishment and expansions. We work relentlessly in putting up the case strongly with the State Government to achieve the best results. Many such assignments have been carried out post land acquisition of property also. We at Induspro, are passionate about supporting the Government’s intent to make India a preferred manufacturing destination. Real estate and infrastructure, which is an important part of this growth story, is where we come in. With time, companies do change strategies in terms of locations, or say moving from one location to another upscaling or downsizing. From the monetizing perspective, we have achieved fair values for many assets belonging to companies. We continue to partner with firms, resolving their non-core real estate challenges, and demands. Being incisive to ensure the location demands are met, even in high demand areas. Generally we work closely with the State Government for long term needs. For Ad Hoc requirements, Induspro also has financed various build-to-suit facilities, wherein the tenant is looking for a stable lease occupation, with required approvals and permissions.
