Industri Education

Industri is forging a new path for young people who want to turn their passion for live music into a career through authentic and engaging higher education programs. Industri Education was born from a consortium of live music industry veterans. We all wanted to provide a better way to bring up the next generation of the Australian live music scene, removing barriers to entry and formalising our decades of informal learning through a practical and rewarding education program. Industri Education delivers industry-led degree courses in partnership with the Australian Institute of Music. We exist to provide programs that lead to meaningful employment outcomes and set a new standard for the future of the live music industry. Our approach to teaching uses current best practice and caters to how today’s students learn. We prioritise small cohorts, which enables us to understand our students, develop mentorship relationships, and help guide people to opportunities that suit their passion and abilities.
