Since our founding in 1936, Industrial First has brought together many traditionally independent specialty construction services within a single organization. Industrial First's construction services include roofing, waterproofing, protective coating applications, architectural and industrial sheetmetal fabrication and installation, structural steel sales and erection, light steel fabrication, electrical and electrical service. We also provide heavy and specialized in-plant rigging and erection services, perform millwright and boiler maker work and furnish and/or erect metal siding, metal decking, precast and natural stone. Industrial First offers our customers single source responsibility, 24 hours a day, for the management and supply of construction labor, equipment and materials.
