Industron Nanotechnology, formerly known as Hysitron Nanotechnology India was founded in 2011 by Dr. S.A. Syed Asif, Director of R&D, Hysitron Inc. and Thomas J. Wyrobek, CEO of Hysitron Inc. as the R&D center for Hysitron Inc. in India. Since its inception, Industron has been actively involved in Research and Development activities in India through collaborations with premier institutions such as IISc and IIT’s. Along the way, many cutting edge technology and products have been developed by Industron team, such as BioIndenter which received prestigious R&D 100 award in USA (2014) and NanoGuru, a desktop nanomechanical test instrument for testing nanoscale mechanical properties of materials. Our R&D division has been recognized by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India. Our distinct core competencies are, 1.
