Indy Developmental Residential Service

Indy DRS was founded in 2021 owing to the gap in service to individuals with disabilities & behavioral needs. We serve as an agency that provides support & services to individuals with disabilities, behavioral needs, mental illnesses, & more. At Indy DRS, we offer a wide array of developmental disabilities & community rehabilitation services; to ensure all individuals, even those with mental illnesses or disabilities can achieve their goals - through support & motivation - & have as much of a sense of normalcy within the community as we can provide. This includes (but is not limited to) attending school, seeking employment, shopping at local stores, participating at recreation facilities, volunteering, attending community spiritual/social engagements, & accessing & receiving community health, therapy, & financial services. We also provide services to consumers with intellectual developmental disabilities: Residential Habilitation & Support Family Caregiving Day Habilitation Behavioral Support Respite Care IndyDRS is responsible for ensuring that the individuals we serve are safe from harmful environments, abuse, neglect, or exploitation. IndyDRS is committed to providing safe living & working environments for staff & individuals. Our goal is to increase safety & health awareness to & reduce injuries & property damage. We achieve this through (but not limited to) intensive evaluation of the health risks & needs of our individuals, empowering our staff through ongoing trainings, & continuous environmental quality checks.
