INESA LTD specialises in Light Weight Constructions and Pre-Engineered buildings for commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential markets. Lightweight construction lends itself not only to structures that are entry level to upmarket “high-end” structures in the form of LSF construction, but also mass produced performance structures (SIP) that would alleviate the housing shortage. The structures are availible as we speak and have been used successfully on a number of projects region wide. Acceptance from communities, especially those that are unhappy with the finishes and performance of current social housing structures (dampness, water penetration, promoting an unhealthy environment, severe cold in winter and excessive heat in summer) would surely find lightweight construction a desirable alternative… CSIP constructions are used for new home construction, commercial buildings, shop of office buildings, medical facilities, school buildings, camp sites etc. INESA LTD manufactures Cementitious Structural Insulated Panels (CSIP) and LGS solutions for East Africa made in Kenya.
