Infinite Presence helps to cultivate more supportive cultures that allow people to thrive. Through dedicated training programs, participants learn how to understand and manage self through tools such as meditation and relaxation. These programs bring a little calm into the day. They create a space to allow participants to press re-set and to leave the session a little happier, more relaxed and more self aware. This naturally infuses into corporate culture. Rebecca Max is the owner of Infinite Presence and personally delivers all training programs. Rebecca is passionate about mental well-being and is a trained meditation and relaxation teacher. She is also accredited in Mental Health First Aid. Rebecca is an engaging and warm trainer and loves connecting with people. Nothing makes her happier than hearing about the subtle difference for people as they progress through the courses. Better sleep, less emotionally reactive, noticing more. Rebecca understands the challenges of the corporate world, having worked in corporate environments for close to 20 years. She understands the excitement of a transformation, the relentless change and the associated pressure that comes with it. Describing herself as a "reformed Type A personality", Rebecca has always taken a lot of pride in her professionalism, high standards and work ethic. Highly driven and results oriented, these traits have served her well yet also come with their share of stress. Meditation has become an integral well-being tool for Rebecca and allows her to bring the best of herself to every interaction whether that is in corporate, training, personal life, parenting or as a partner. She has learned how to respond rather than to react, to be more balanced and present and is passionate about sharing this skill with others.
