We are an industry service provider for publishers with subscriber retention and circulation audit telemarketing needs. We serve as the link between publishers and subscribers. This is accomplished by designing, implementing and operating VoIP Telemarketing Campaigns, that require data captured, verified, recorded, and stored. Inbound, Outbound, Blended, or IVR. We adhere to all required circulation audit guidelines for each client. We then return the information upon its completion back to the publishers, fulfillment houses, and circulation auditors. The majority our clientele are publishers with fulfillment needs, we also design survey, cold call, and fundraising campaigns.
