We are a team of Lean Organization experts who have decided to combine a mix of different skills. We work in companies to optimize processes and bring innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. We want to optimize your efforts by reducing costs and risks, which are essential from an entrepreneurial perspective, but which at the same time can be coordinated more adequately. In our staff there are the following profiles: • Project Manager They are responsible for defining objectives, designing the model and coordinating data, results and reports in the system. • Administration Manager They are responsible for supervising, organizing and coordinating administrative, accounting and financial services. • Data & IT Consultant They deal with the activities of logical and technological connection between data sources, creating the information exchange system. • Operational Consultant They take care of the practical implementation of the entire management control system, training the internal people to use it. • ICT Trainer They deal with IT training activities, from design to classroom or webinar teaching.
