Infinity Health

Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Infinity Health provides comprehensive medical, behavioral, dental, substance abuse, vision, mammography, an in-house pharmacy and offers a sliding fee program to assist those who qualify. Infinity Health was established in 2005, providing medical services in the Leon and Lamoni facilities. The organization now serves patients in 11 locations, and employs over 150 staff members.
