They come from a real estate family. They are very involved with their local, state and national associations. This exposure has been extremely beneficial to the company. In Colorado all Realtors are Brokers but each company must have a managing broker. Realtors are independent contractors. A managing broker must have the ability to "herd cats"! At least this is a description I have heard applied to our industry.
