Infodynamics specialises in solutions and systems design backed by rapid iterative prototyping, demonstrating design viability, completeness, conformance, and cost efficiency; and identifying and managing implementation risk early. With a focus on defence sector clients and the research and development spaces, Infodynamics takes a pragmatic, grounded, inclusive approach to design activities, delivering truly useful, understandable, scalable and informative models that enable the delivery and evolution of solutions from proposals, to prototypes, on to products. Prior to founding Infodynamics, Mark gained over 7 years of Solutions Architecture experience at large public and private sector enterprises, in some of the most complex regulatory and technical environments; including at Boeing, where he focussed on: • Identification of emergent technologies and their potential application to the business; • Architectural leadership on the specification and procurement of hardware for international-scale flight simulation capability, • Design and build of Data Science Platforms for aerospace data sets; • Authoring of research paper on the Classifications of Information Visualisations, including design and build of a software reference implementation based on it; • Design and build management of embedded software for image recognition platforms, including platform management, encryption, and resilient software update processes; • Design and build of peer-to-peer resilient, distributed databases and networks transports; • Specification, design, and build of server infrastructure for research and development activities, including GPU-accelerated machine learning; • Bid and proposal authoring for R&D activities; • Design and deployment of an on-premises Platform-as-a-Service into a highly secure, controlled environment. • Technical supplier management, costing, and resource assessment.
