INFOLYSiS P.C. is a highly innovative SME, which realises innovative technologies and exploits cutting-edge research to deliver state-of-the-art services and products. INFOLYSIS was established in 2017, in Athens, Greece, specialising on the design and development of chatbots, either as custom-made standalone applications or as subscribed-based services (Chatbot as a Service) via the privately owned chatbot platform. Chatbots are applications that simulate human conversation, based primarily on conversational flows and enriched with DL/NLP technologies and Generative AI for more sophisticated/smart use-cases. INFOLYSIS provides its chatbot solutions over various popular messaging apps as well as over the web. INFOLYSIS is committed to driving research results forward by experimenting with novel technologies and infrastructures, such as AI models, DL/NLP technologies and Generative AI, network and cloud-native applications in 5G/6G and IoT environments, Non-Terrestrial beyond 5G Networks (NTN emulation), security functions enriched with vulnerability analysis and trustworthiness, SDN/NFV at the network edge and container-based virtualization in IoT areas, IoT vGWs enriched with DPI functionalities, data analysis with ML techniques, in order to advance the chatbot capabilities and expand its applicability in novel ICT use-cases. INFOLYSIS has successfully implemented numerous projects, commercial and/or research oriented, focusing on chatbot and AI models development and their applicability to different technological environments and sectors such as smart cities, tourism, education/training, PPDR, maritime, retailing etc. INFOLYSIS maintains collaborations with many European companies, universities, research centres, SMEs and is active member of 6G-IA/SNS, NetworldEurope, SME WG, CAMARA Project and Linux Foundation, EUCloudEdgeIoT.
