InFoods strives to create a more resilient food system by enticing Americans to eat insects. Insects, such as crickets, are 65% protein by mass, and high in calcium, fiber and other nutrients. InFoods takes nutritious, delicious insects, dries them and processes them into a flour and adds the flour to everyday foods like energy bars and fruit leather.
