Information Access & Design Inc, has been based in the Durham region since 1997 and our owner, James Moodie, has been involved in providing Information Management Services for over 35 years. Covering the entire spectrum from 1980’s mainframe computer operations through Project/Program Management his years of experience guide our philosophy and commitment to quality and mutual respect. Often our services begin as a specific short term project task and develop into a longer term commitment. For example, one contract began as a 2 month project to fix a set of reports and turned into a 10 year collaboration which raised the scoring accuracy from 53% to 100%, reduced full-time staffing by 40% and added $4.5 million to the bottom line on a government certification program. We cover a wide range of functions including Quality Assurance, Procedure Optimization, Office Automation (including building custom systems) and general Program Management
