We are a software development company focused on creating a great place with great people so great products can be built. IL was founded to attempt to address issues around doing software "right" and we continue to improve our understanding of what this means. We deliver business value through working software, delivered weekly. We sell agile software product development using the scrum process. We engage with clients to create and groom a product backlog, then sell one week sprints to deliver features while constantly grooming the backlog. Under this model, customers can buy sprints at an interval that allows for budget and provides adequate time to review. We're putting our efforts into effective product team process and building our business to support it, creating "hyper productive" teams. We're running two teams and are looking to building more at the Century City offices.
