InfoSeal™ is a wholly owned subsidiary of the InfoSure Group. InfoSeal™ was established in 2013 to provide independent assurance to website users on privacy & information compliance practises, legalities and ownership of websites registered with it. InfoSeal™ recognises that various local legislation, regulations, codes of conduct and best practice require, amongst others, responsible collection, processing and dissemination of Personal Information. Taking these elements into consideration, InfoSeal™ performs an assessment of a client’s website regarding its privacy and information compliance. Should we identify probable shortcomings, we provide support, guidance and recommendations to our client to address these issues. On successful remediation, we issue our client with an InfoSeal™ Certified Seal (depending on the nature of its business) to display on its website.
