Ingenio Applied Learning

The Strategic Gaming Labs (SG Labs) were formed in 2007 by Mr. Yoram Cohan, IDF Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.). In his last position Mr. Cohan was the head of the unit in charge of strategic gaming for the highest command generals. Retiring from the IDF Yoram had the vision to apply the "War Games" within the business sector. With our "SG Labs" we give services to governments and organizations in Israel and across the world. In 2012 Yoram has decided to turn into teaching of young pupils - 7th -8th grades, in a special program for leadership and excellence. Moving into teaching and became an educator Yoram had the vision to apply our "Strategic Gaming" with a different methodology of the education system. Today "SG Labs" by the "INGENIO Applied Learning"(INGENIO) promote significant learning using the methodology of learning through gaming experience."INGENIO" incorporates diverse learning environments, making the learning more relevant and meaningful which also developing leadership and personal skills of the students."INGENIO" has identified and designed holistic concept of updated and applied learning which is based on three elements- Pedagogical process of knowledge acquirement - Skills development - Simulation Game (to apply the knowledge and skills)
