Formed in 1990 by attorneys Alan G. Horwitz and Bruce E. We were recently recognized for our success in a seminal case that forever changed Maryland workers’ compensation law by altering the definition of an “accident”. This new definition has substantially increased the eligibility for workers’ compensation coverage and has opened the door for countless claimants, whose rights to benefits were previously denied.
