Ingledale is a therapy and wellness hub, offering a wide range of complementary and natural therapies in the relaxed setting of a sensitively restored 15th century barn in a rural location just outside of Oxted, Surrey. The centre is situated just 10 minutes from junction 6 of the M25 or a ten minute walk from Hurst Green train station. Ingledale is a landmark centre for natural health in the South East, boasting nine treatment rooms, two fitness studios and the only fully equipped Hydrotherapy pool in the area. All practitioners are highly qualified in their fields and run their practices autonomously within the Ingledale hub. Each practitioner is responsible for their own practice, bookings and marketing.
